Our main objective of the training is to support youth workers in identifying and developing talents of young people coming from disadvantaged background.
The training of talent management will enable participants to get deeper into the principles of identifying talents and developing them in the target group of disadvantaged young people. The main aim of this training is to get deep insight to this topic from experts who deal with talents, its identification and development and transfer the principles to youth work and especially to the work with disadvantaged young people.
Trainers with strong people management, leadership and teams collaboration enhancement experience. On top we bring our passion into training by game-based learning, coaching elements and blended learning. Such approach enables higher efficiency of learning implementation into practice.

This training will be open to seven youth workers from each participating organization, +1 organizer from the coordinating organization. The necessary requirement for participation will be active work with disadvantaged young people. Preference is given to youth workers who will have the potential to cooperate in designing e-learning and work as a mentors afterwards. The selection of these participants will be the responsibility of the individual organizations.
The communication language will be English, so at least a basic knowledge of this language will be required. The age of the participants should be 18+.

Beakfast, lunch, dinner and coffee breaks are all included. Also individual eating habits of participants will be taken into account.
The project will take place in Trstena, a small rural area with 7000 inhabitants. Together with Tvrdošín and Námestovo, they are the main towns in the northeastern area of Orava, rural region with a majority of people living in small villages. The accommodation will take place at the Hotel Roháč. The accommodation will be in shared rooms of between 2 people. All rooms have their own bathroom (shower) and toilet. Rooms are equipped with a digital TV, telephone, work desk and WiFi internet access.
The programme will take place at the guest room of the VIAC office (Železničiarov 253/1), located a few minutes walk from the hotel.
We can recommend you 3 options to arrive:
